In short

• You can use GoNextCountry without an account and without giving any personal data.
• We use no analytics or advertising cookies, and the public pages set no cookies in your browser.
• What you type in the relocation plans and the simulator (citizenship, salary, expenses) is not stored in any database.
• We do not sell personal data.

Who is responsible

GoNextCountry is operated by Techmatch.pt, the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy questions and requests: privacy [at] techmatch . pt .

When you visit the site

• Technical logs: the server records each request (IP address, date and time, the address of the page requested, including the values you typed in the plan and simulator forms, and the browser type). We use these logs only to keep the service running and secure (legitimate interest). They are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.
• Relocation plans and simulator: the citizenship, salary and expenses you type are used only to build the page we show you. They travel in the page address and are not stored in a database or linked to you.
• Statistics without cookies: we count how many times each page is viewed per day, which sites visits come from (the site's name only) and how many clicks there are on "Apply" per company and on each partner. They are counters only: we do not store your IP address, your browser or anything that identifies you.
• Company logos: some logos are loaded directly from the company's own site or its host. To show them, your browser connects to that site, which can see your IP address.
• External links: applications and official pages (embassies, immigration services, tax offices) open on their own sites, under their own privacy rules.

Partners

Some relocation plans show partner services (for example money transfers or health insurance), always labelled as a partnership. When you click, you leave GoNextCountry for the partner's site, which has its own privacy and cookie rules. We share no data about you with partners.

Company and vacancy data

We show public information about companies and the vacancies they publish on their own recruiting systems. Adverts may include the name of a recruiter or contact. We process this information to show real, up-to-date vacancies to job seekers (legitimate interest) and remove a vacancy once it is no longer published at the source. If you appear in a vacancy or profile and want the information corrected or removed, contact us.

The GoNextCountry team

The people who run the site have an administration account with an email address and a password stored encrypted. There are no visitor accounts. If we add optional accounts in the future (for example, for job alerts), this policy will be updated before that.

Who processes data on our behalf

Render (hosting of the site and database, in Frankfurt, in the EU). We do not share personal data with employers or other third parties.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR: contact us at the address above. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).

Cookies

The public pages use no cookies. Only the administration area uses strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie, to keep you signed in, and a security cookie that protects forms (CSRF).
