Job Description
Join our Order Management team and be responsible for managing orders for Health System products on DACH market.
Your role:
Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools
Being responsible for end-to-end process: order booking, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
You're the right fit if:
You have some experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics
You speak fluent English language (B2 level or higher)
You have knowledge of SAP - nice to have
You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
You are a team player with good communication skills
Compensation & benefitsDoing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The annual base salary range for this role is 71,200 PLN – 94,933 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.This role is eligible for an annual incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
