Job Description
Do you enjoy figuring out why two spreadsheets don’t match or finding a faster way to build a report you run every week? At SIXT, you’ll bring that kind of initiative to the team that keeps our fleet moving.
As a Logistics Administrator, you’ll coordinate vehicle moves, work with transportation vendors, and keep records accurate. You’ll also use Excel and tools like Claude to investigate discrepancies, pull information from emails and files, and reduce repetitive work. We’ll train you on our logistics processes and systems. Prior logistics experience is welcome and optional.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Use AI in day-to-day operations Use Claude and other approved tools to prepare reports, summarize email threads into action items, compare information across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint files, and flag inconsistencies for review
Audit and reconcile data Use Excel to review open orders and fleet records, compare information across files, and investigate discrepancies. Verify AI-generated findings against the source before updating records or sharing results
Find better ways to work Spot recurring manual steps, test ways to simplify or automate them, and help the team explore how to connect workflows across systems
Coordinate vehicle moves Schedule and track vehicle movements for new arrivals, sales, and recoveries. Follow up with vendors and internal teams when plans change
Keep daily operations organized Manage the shared transportation inbox, respond to requests, process vendor invoices, and maintain purchase orders and supporting documentation
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Administrative experience You have at least one year of experience in an administrative role
Hands-on Excel skills You’re comfortable working with large, changing spreadsheets and using tools such as XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and filters to compare records, spot errors, and organize data
Practical AI experience You can share an example from work, school, or a personal project where you used AI to complete a task, such as comparing documents, summarizing information into next steps, finding errors in a dataset, or building a repeatable workflow. You can explain how you checked the result
Independent problem-solving When something looks off or takes longer than it should, you investigate, test a solution, and share what you find. You know when to ask for input or escalate an issue
Organization and communication You manage competing priorities, follow through on open items, and communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams
Availability and work authorization You can work 40 hours per week in our Tulsa office, are at least 18 years old, and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Location/Compensation Tulsa, OK | Full-time, in office, Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 | $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience
